Great experience in this pizza store the pizza was delicious and fresh good service and great atmosphere

Aside from the food being delicious and the service being excellent, the head chef is a fantastic person! He has made our night by visiting our table and giving our daughter pizza dough for her to play with! Thank you, chef!

Very bad service and Filipino are discriminated against customer and very rude in talking and humiliate to serve

I am always going to this restaurant but recently their quality of food is not as previous. The way the staff dealing with customers has to be enhanced. They have indoor snd outdoor seating.

الاكل جداً سيء و غالي بشكل مبالغ فيه، البيتزا بدون طعم و الجبن اللي فيها نفس العلك، الباستا اقل من عاديه. الاسعار مرتفعه جداً و الصراحه ما يستاهل الزياره حتى لو الاكل مجاني.

Very bad service and unfriendly staff. Extremely disappointed with my experience here tonight. Highly not recommended

Food & location are however the atmosphere of the restaurant during noon period is a bit gloomy.

Good food, however it’s overpriced and the service is below the expectations. The staff needs to look after their hygiene, the place is too hot.

Tables are too close to each other, feels like all sit in the same table, this is the reason we took away our order and decided not to sit there

First of all we tried to call them so they can get everything done because I had a meeting with business partner but they didn’t answered the phone I arrived at 10: 20 the reservation time nothing is ready waited 20m outside the restaurant and nothing is ready, what’s the point of making a reservation if the restaurant doesn’t respect the time no respect for the costumer I wish that there was a 0 but that possible so I gave you a 1

The food was terrible, in more detail, the lasagna was good, but the margherita pizza, truffle pizza and fried calamari were very poor and the prices are very expensive compared to the quality and deliciousness of the food. And they don't offer ketchup.

Location and decor were great.staff were sad for whatever reason and not very welcoming. Teaching the staff words like “welcome, enjoy ur food, bon appetite, thank u for coming, hope to c u again, goodbye” would really elevate the customer service experience.
First time i get into an italian restaurant without being offered some bread first. Food was fine nothing special, fries with truffle was good. The pizza dough was ok but thick from the sides. Wouldn't visit again.

The waiter who receives the reservations is really rude and unprofessional ; i couldn’t even try their food although the atmosphere looks amazing and seems like delicious food. Unfortunately no one is answering the phone and the manager is not available.

Always good to be back here and have great food.
My favourite is truffle pizza, burrata pizza, breasola pizza.
I also love their Italian basil cream moctail, yummy

I would say this is the best Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi, we have been around many Italian restaurants here but nothing to compare to NAPO the taste of the food is outstanding, the pink sauce pasta with shrimps is yummy, the truffle risotto was amazingly good all what we ordered was really so good …. Keep it up guys and will definitely see you again soon

باختصار الاكل جدا عادي ومافي شي مميز. ضجة كبيره عالمطعم بس احس مايستاهل الروحه. القعده حلوة فيه المسا فالشتاء بس اكله عادي مع انه ايطالي.

The margarita pizza had a hard particles from the oven, and later on we saw a little hair in the borata cheese (the chef was not wearing a head net). When we told the waiter they said they would remove the pizza from the bill, it seems like it happens often. Not recommended.

I went there after the recommendation of an Italian friend who said the pizza was good. And it was, excellent. But that's about it.
The service was terrible, the manager was completely indifferent to his surroundings.
Whatsapp audios playing on the restaurant's speaker (instead of ambient music).
The restaurant itself was a mess, napkins thrown on the floor, crumbs on the tables from previous customers. On the way to the restroom we had to pass throgh a super messy corridor, full of empty boxes tipped over, and the bathroom was disgusting, smelly, no soap available for customers, water splashed everywhere.
It was a total disaster of an experience.
And I must say, it's a real shame to have a place where the food is actually good but that is so badly managed that I will definitely not come back. Hope things are improved!

It is my first and last visit. Its a one time visit restaurant. Prices are over.

The rose lychee drink is soo soo sweet
Pizza sides was bulky
My partner paid with out checking on the bill, after we paid they brought a Calamari, we were like we didnt order that, we found out that they bunched it in the receipt. And guess what they did return the amount they charged CASH. They haven’t even say sorry or provide any apology. The restaurant was empty though.

I would recommend this place for Italian food lovers, I wish there is another branch in AbuDhabi

Salty pizza not tasty, salad was ok, they don’t have many juice options. No fresh juice. Waitress are good. No ashtray provide.

Tasty, but very heavy cream and butter dips and sauces. Next time I'll be sure to order more variety with different types of sauces.

Perfect location specifically nowadays.love the food but the price was a bit exaggerated as we order saffron Risotto and we replace the lobster with chicken so the price should not be similar to the lobster but it was counted similarly. The other dish was quinoa salad which was amazing honestly.

This restaurant is located in a quiet area in Al Bateen Marina. There is outdoor area. Serves Italian food pizza, pasta, and salads. Staff is friendly. Better to book before going as the restaurant in not big. I recommend their teramissau. It is light and yummy. Proces are relatively high.

Beautiful location and very nice staff. Food incredible! The pizza is a true Italian pizza. Prices in line with the rest of Abu Dhabi. Better to book in advance. Thank you Napo!

The experience was just bad in terms of service: the guy arrogantly requested al hosn when we were sitted already, main course for 2 was served at totaly different time - I finished mine, while my partner was still waiting for his, no proper cutleries for the dish. It was just annoying lunch. We asked for % based on our experience, N the same waiter totaly refused talking about his collage degrees. When I asked to speak to manager- he said we can speak to him. Just a rediculous N annoying experience in empty resto.

Their rigatoni e turtufo was divine! I liked the wagyu tenderloin - make sure it is medium rare to really enjoy it! You will have to try the nappo pomo and lychee rose drinks as well- ask them to put less sugar in the rose drink though! Wasn't a fan of the lobster risotto. The lobster was a bit tough and the risotto didn't have much flavour unfortunately. Would go again and order the wagyu for sure!

Beautiful location and great food. Wonderful staff and amazing customer service. The best Italian restaurant in Abu Dhabi. Must try!
